You can use it every 2 to 3 days, I would recommend training your hair to wash less,
Always brush your hair from bottom to top before washing your hair so you won’t get knots while washing your hair
which really helps to prevent hair loss.
So wash your hair 1 or 2 times a week and with every wash always use the amount of a coin just as much as how big the disc lid from
the shampoo bottle is that’s how you can measure.
I would recommend that you wash your hair 2 times with this shampoo if you really have oily hair.
It doesn’t foam much so don’t use too much always add a little bit water and mix it in your hands and apply over scalp.
Massage it in with your fingertips and leave for 2 minutes, then let the shower water rinse out all the shampoo.
After that you can do it a second time💚
Again take the amount of a coin, mix it in your hands and apply to your scalp. This is where I use my scalp massager,
to really make sure I got every piece and don’t miss a spot on my scalp!
Leave it for 2 minutes And Rinse with Luke warm water,
Comb your hair from bottom to top with a wide tooth comb!
Add hair mask or do what you usually do blow dry & Oil your hair ends.😍
